Rewards Policy

Common policy
This common policy and the relevant country-specific provisions apply together. Your language choice does not change the country provisions or rewards that apply to you.
Provisions for Thailand, Malaysia and Mexico apply when Mani launches the relevant service in that country. Listing a country here does not mean its rewards are already available.
Country-specific provisions ↓This Rewards Policy explains receipt rewards, check-ins, step activities, ads, referrals, lucky boxes and redemption in Mani. It applies together with the Terms, the relevant country provisions and the conditions displayed for your activity. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
1. Country and reward eligibility
Your reward country must reflect your actual eligibility. Available products, currencies and point costs appear in the app. Country-specific redemption rates are not live foreign-exchange rates. Changing a language, traveling or using a VPN does not by itself make you eligible for another country’s rewards. Contact support to correct a country or report a move.
Reward availability in Thailand, Malaysia and Mexico begins with the relevant market launch and the catalog shown in the app. A country’s inclusion in our common policies is not a launch announcement or a promise of another market’s prices or products.
2. Receipt rewards
Submit a genuine receipt that you are authorized to use and that meets the displayed date, type, daily-limit and other eligibility conditions. Assessment may consider merchant, date, items, payment information, readability and duplication. Spending more does not necessarily result in proportionally more points.
Reprinting, recapturing or splitting the same transaction does not make it a new receipt. Concealing unnecessary personal information as instructed is different from falsifying the transaction. Declining location access or an unavailable location does not by itself prevent submission.
We may hold an award or request clarification when there is a reasonable concern about validity. You may request review of a reading error or mistaken rejection. A poor-quality image is not automatically evidence of deliberate fraud.
3. Check-ins and missions
Activity screens explain completion conditions, daily or weekly limits and deadlines. The time zone and reset conditions shown for an activity apply. Changing a device clock or repeatedly sending the same completion event does not create additional entitlement.
If verification is delayed, support may review records of when the activity was actually completed. For a mission with multiple requirements, all of the stated requirements must be met.
4. Step activities
Step activities are optional and depend on device support and the permissions you grant. The app displays the goal and reward conditions. Counts may differ from another device or app. Where available, Health Connect is used only after the relevant connection and permission.
Declining or withdrawing step access may prevent verification of new step activities, but does not prevent other eligible activities. Artificially generating steps or repeatedly submitting the same steps to obtain rewards is prohibited. This feature does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or a health assessment.
5. Ads and missing awards
Before an advertising activity, the app describes the required action and the ticket, lucky box or participation opportunity offered for completion. A valid completion record enables that benefit. The resulting draw or opening determines points under the activity’s rules. Other ad benefits, such as an additional receipt-submission opportunity, are identified separately.
Ad unavailability, interruption or a network failure may mean that a completion condition was not met. If you did complete the activity but issuance or point credit failed, send support the activity type, time and any available confirmation. We review relevant service and advertising records to resolve a missing award.
Opting out of personalized advertising and completing an offered ad are different matters. The maximum displayed reward is not the amount every participant receives.
6. Referrals and partner activities
Referral rules explain inviter and invitee eligibility, when a code must be entered, qualifying actions, amounts and any milestone or partner bonus. An existing account must not be presented as a new user. You must not create multiple accounts to refer yourself.
Clearly disclose any points, commission or other material benefit you may receive when promoting an invitation link or code. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, impersonate others, pressure participation or promise guaranteed earnings. A shared device or network alone does not prove an invalid referral.
A reasonable eligibility review may delay related rewards. A later program change does not by itself justify recalculating an already accepted eligible referral on less favorable terms.
7. Randomized points and lucky boxes
A ticket, lucky box or other randomized activity awards points according to its stated outcome rules. Review the applicable eligibility, required action, period and time zone, point range, probabilities or result calculation, participation limits and claim conditions before participating. Fixed awards and randomized awards are different and follow the conditions shown for each.
A maximum describes the highest possible outcome, not a typical or guaranteed result. A probability does not guarantee a particular outcome to an individual or within a particular number of attempts. No point purchase or participation fee is required.
Bridgeworks Inc. operates Mani promotions. Apple and Google do not sponsor, endorse or administer them. Any separately identified sponsor and activity-specific rules are stated for that activity; a company issuing a redeemed gift card is not automatically the promotion’s sponsor.
8. Redemption, delivery and validity
Before redeeming, check the point cost, amount and currency, issuer, delivery method, usage region, expiry and cancellation restrictions. Depending on the market, fulfillment uses Tremendous, Giftee, another identified provider or Bridgeworks’ manual process. Verify an email address before submitting and keep reward codes and links secure.
The expiry of points and the validity of an issued gift card are separate. Applicable legal limits on point expiry and minimum gift-card validity take priority over conflicting provider terms.
Cancellation options depend on processing status. If delivery fails, we check whether a reward was already issued or used to avoid duplication. Where final non-issuance or non-delivery is confirmed, we arrange point restoration or another appropriate remedy. Contact us about an unusable issued reward; we review the cause with the provider without removing mandatory rights.
9. Errors, abuse and review
An investigation focuses on the relevant activity, points and redemptions. We may correct an error or reverse an improperly obtained benefit, but do not confiscate every award without reasonable grounds. We explain the principal reason and any necessary information request, subject to security and legal limits.
Request a review through in-app support or hello@cashmore.kr with your account or redemption reference, the approximate time and your explanation. A person can review the relevant records and explain the result. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
10. Changes and ending an activity
Changes to earning and redemption conditions generally apply to future activities. We give advance notice of material changes and obtain agreement where required. We respect validly completed activities, pending redemptions and mandatory rights, and explain the claim or redemption arrangements when an activity or the Service ends.
This policy does not introduce a new expiry rule for points. Any lawful expiry conditions must be disclosed for the affected points and cannot be added retroactively to points earned without that condition.
Country-specific provisions
Read the provisions for your country together with the common policy. Mandatory local rights take priority. Choosing a country link below only navigates this document; it does not change your account country.
Canada
Applicable provincial loyalty-program protections govern point expiry and changes to redemption terms. We do not impose expiry solely through the passage of time where prohibited by law. Any permitted inactivity-based expiry remains subject to the required conditions and advance notices. This revision does not introduce a new expiry rule.
New Zealand
A gift card within the applicable New Zealand minimum-validity rules, including a covered gift card selected in exchange for loyalty points, has the legally required validity period. The minimum is three years for covered gift cards sold on or after March 16, 2026. Point expiry and the separate treatment of certain automatically issued vouchers do not remove this protection for a covered gift card.
Taiwan
Some Taiwan rewards use Bridgeworks’ manual issuance and email-delivery process. The redemption screen identifies the relevant method and reward conditions. Contact hello@cashmore.kr for delivery or redemption support.
